Free Ecological Workshops at the Rancho

Ecological workshops at the Rancho last since July 2011. An international crew has come to take part in free ecological and language workshops at Rancho Romantica de Red. Everyday brings new farming tasks. WWOOFERS learn gardening, how to take care about animals, general maintenance, how to build fence, how to cut grass, how to plant fruit trees and how to prepare soil for seeding and planting vegetables. Walls in stables and hen pan are being whitened with calcium.

Apart from that Victor – a Polish programmer gives free lessons about general computer maintenance.

The spoken language at the farm is mainly Polish and English, but you can hear here Spanish and French as well.

The farm visited Herman who comes from Columbia but studies in France and who fluently can speak Spanish, French and English! Very bright man!

During conversations at the table we share our knowledge about the world - we talk about the world, nature, animals, political systems, about religions, about science, history and present situation of our countries.

The weather is wonderful and time goes very fast in nice international company.

If you do love very active vacations in beautiful and peaceful surroundings and with close contact with Polish pure Masurian nature and animals – this is the place for you! :) Come and join us! :) Accomodation in tents or in the attic over original stable. Bathroom with running water available in the farmhouse next to the attic.

You can come here as a WWOOFER or as a tourist - it is up to you. If you come as a WWOOFER - you will get free food and accomodation but you will be expected to take part in all farming activities.

If you come as a tourist - you will be charged for your meals and your accomodation 40zloty/daily, but you can choose in what activities you want to take part and how long. During your stay you will be provided with tools and instructions and tips how to use them.

I do recommend you to take your own sleeping bag, rubber boots and raincoat. You can sleep at the attic over the stable, but I recommend you to take your own tent with you, so you will be able to choose where you want to sleep.
